It is nice to keep up with the news from my old home town. I have enjoyed the Rolling Thunder Express since its beginning. I am originally from Palmyra of 23 years. I sure do miss my family, friends and the snow.

I truly miss my beloved Maine so much but am so glad I can catch up online. After 15 years there it's hard to adjust to the South. I miss the snow!! Rest of the family doesn't though. Way back in the day we delivered this newspaper door to door. Plus the rural route hubby and I had. Change is inevitable but some days I wish I was back there walking around town with the kids delivering to all my neighbors again. Miss everyone so much but hope to make it back this year for a visit in 2007.

Was just checking out the site and think it's great. I've been away from Pittsfield almost 6 years now and it's great to have this resource to keep up on all the little things that don't always make it into the Bangor Daily and might otherwise go unnoticed. Keep up the good work.
